Lifetime Guarantee & Returns

An item may be returned for replacement due to a manufacture’s defect with accompanying original receipt. A returned piece will be repaired or replaced with the same item.  If the item is no longer available, the Customer may choose another item(s) of equal or greater value.  If an item(s) is of greater value, the difference and applicable sales tax are required.  The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear.  Slight irregularities or variations should not be considered a defect due to all pieces being handcrafted.  Natural stone colors and inclusions are characteristic of the products uniqueness and not a defect.

If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Bella Rae Jewelry within 30 days of purchase. Claims for missing or damaged items in transit must be received within three business days of receipt of merchandise.

 

Refunds & Credits

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. If payment was made by check, the refund check will not be issued before 10 business days after the date of purchase.

Exchanges

If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed if available. All backordered items please allow 6-8 weeks in which you will be notified.
